S.C. Emergency Management Division's Business Portal
Welcome to the South Carolina Emergency Management Division’s Business Portal. This portal is designed to be a one-stop destination that businesses of all sizes can access to find disaster related resources. Our goal is to assist your business in achieving disaster resilience. In South Carolina, hazards such as hurricanes, tornados or even aging infrastructure can affect our communities and impact our economy. With that in mind, the South Carolina Emergency Management Division and the South Carolina Department of Commerce have developed Emergency Support Function 24 (ESF 24, Business & Industry) to assist South Carolina businesses in the preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation phases of any disaster.
Below you will find several links that can provide you with valuable information as you assess the vulnerabilities and needs of your business. You will also find helpful information on how to plan, prepare, recover and mitigate disaster effects should your business, its operations and your employees be impacted by an emergency or disaster.
This portal also provides you with the opportunity to register your business with ESF 24.
By registering you will be part of the emergency management information network and you will receive current relevant information on any emergency situation whenever there is a full activation of the state's emergency operations center.
